Dear Sister Willison

Tonight you left our home for what seems to be the last time. We have loved having you over so much. You are a wonderful, FUN, and amazing person/missionary. Our lives our blessed because you are in them. You have left us with unforgettable memories, and for that we thank you.

For everyone back home, here is what Sister Willison has been up to since we have known her:

-The first time we met you we gave you a marshmallow gun. hee hee
-I believe it was the next time you came over that you mentioned you had never been in a hammock before. We encouraged you to jump in ours and give it a try. Little did we know how literally you would take this, for moments later you were off to a running start and launched yourself into our hammock. Shocked, and unable to yell out to you "NO!!!!!!!!", you then landed in the hammock, snapping the rope in two. You hit the ground with the now broken hammock underneath you. You landed with a hard THWACK! We were all laughing SO HARD at you . . . um, we mean laughing so hard With you. Even poor sister Eggert was laughing at you before she realized she should see if you were okay. Yes, that was a great introduction to the sister we would come to know and love.
-Then there was the evening you came over and joined us and the Katrales's for dinner, and a MARSHMALLOW GUN WAR. It was fun tagging you with marshmallows and having you return the favor.
-And what about the day that you got your foot run over? Um . . . i still don't quite understand how it's possible to get your foot run over when YOU are the one directing the vehicle. lol And then you were trying to act "All Cool" in front of the Elders. I'm sorry your foot still hurts.
-Remember the day you walked out to the "Kachina Jail" with the Elders and got stuck in the mud. Yeah, only you!
-We also believe it is time for you to get a new bike. We mean, when you can't even RIDE your bike without falling off of it a half-dozen times, it's either time for a new bike or it's time for lessons. Though it would have been hilarious to see you flip over the handle bars in your missionary wardrobe.
-Don't pick up beer cans on the side of the road. I don't care if it is your birthday. Beer is bad for you. And beer is even worse for you when it's half-full on the ground. Next time, don't touch it! If you really wanted some beer, the night you went to the bar on your 21st birthday -just to get carded - would have been the day.
-Hiking Humphrey's Peak is really hard work. We are surprised you came back alive. But i'm sure it was an amazing adventure. An adventure you had to take before the moment passed you by.
-It is not nice for Sister Dobson to Hog-Tie you and then video you tied-up. On the other hand, it's not nice for you to prank-call your companion. That video was awesome. I can only hope that in the near future i will get a copy of it so i can post it on here for everybody. The sad, abused face with the tearful music playing in the background. You looked so defeated. I still smile/laugh when i think about it.

Oh Sister Willison, we do hope that you will come back to visit when your mission is over. We need you and Dobson to come back when there are no limits on music and curfews. You will be greatly missed by the House of Pond's. Thank you for going on a mission. And thank you for sharing your life with us.

With much love,
The Pond Family
